ParTech, Inc. and its subsidiaries, (collectively, “ParTech”) may utilize subprocessors to assist in the delivery and support of the services to its customers. A subprocessor is a third-party authorized by ParTech to process Personal Information (as such term is defined in ParTech’s Master Services Agreement, Master Products and Services Agreement, License and Subscription Services Agreement, Data Processing Addendum, Data Processing Agreement or other document that references this list of subprocessors) (collectively, “Agreement”), between ParTech and its customers or as defined in ParTech’s Privacy Policy. ParTech’s current list of subprocessors for each of its products is below and may be updated by ParTech from time to time.

This list of subprocessors, specifically, subprocessors for the ParTech Services set forth below is incorporated into and made a part of any such Agreement and will be approved subprocessors under the Agreement.  Additionally, ParTech may collect and share Personal Information as defined in ParTech’s Privacy Policy through other subprocessors set forth below.

The subprocessors listed below are used to deliver the ParTech Services.
